The Women Directorate of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), in collaboration with the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), successfully hosted a two-day conference on the theme: Breaking Barriers and Shaping Positive Attitudes for Inclusive Politics in Nigeria, from April 23 to 24, 2025, in Abuja.
With the support of the MacArthur Foundation, the event served as a catalytic platform for dialogue, strategic planning, and the inauguration of women leaders at community, ward, LGA, state, zonal, and national levels. Stakeholders, policymakers, women political leaders, civil society actors, and development partners gathered to advance inclusive governance and gender equity in Nigeria’s political space.
